We’re Todd and Pam, and our team name is an homage to our Rhodesian Ridgebacks, JoJo and Mosi.
We started competing in the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS) in 2013 and the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) in 2020. We have had many successes in KCBS. In SCA, Todd is the steak cook and Pam cooks the ancillaries.
