The Good Charcoal Company emerged as an idea between two old friends, Ben and Rob, in 2020 amid a very trying and tumultuous time in our nation. Their idea was threefold: deliver the best made chemical-free hardwood lump charcoal in the US, feed Americans experiencing food insecurity, and improve the economic prosperity of farmers in Namibia while restoring grassland habitats to their native state.
