INGREDIENTS
Beef ribs
3 Tbsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Mix together to make the dry rub then apply lightly with some olive oil for a binder for the rub.
Set pellet grill to 225°F.
While the grill is heating up trim off the fat on the meat side and remove silver skin.
Cook until internal temp reaches 200°F. Let rest for an hour.
