If yours is The Good Charcoal's Good Pro Smoke'n Magic, they've added "First Place Finisher" to their title. Smoke'n Magic, in their very inaugural effort at the highly competitive, invitation-only Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg Tennessee, grilled their way to a "1st Place 'Jack Daniels' Pork" ribbon and a well-earned 2nd place "Cooks Choice" award this year.
Congratulations go out to The Good Pro Chunky BBQ for being one of eighty-five teams invited to this highly exclusive grilling competition.
Big-time BBQ in a Small Town Family-friendly Venue
On October 14th and 15th, over 40,000 folks traveled to Lynchburg Tennessee to watch 85 world-class, invitation-only BBQ teams compete at The Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue in Lynchburg's Wiseman Park.
Jack Daniels has been hosting this annual, fun-filled barbecue competition for more than 30 years. Between delicious bites of the best BBQ in America, guests showed off their pets at the County Dog Show and top-shelf dance moves on the streets of Lynchburg.
The Good Charcoal is incredibly proud to be represented at this year's invitational by Smoke'n Magic, Chunky BBQ and supported tent-side by Good Pro Matt Osman Sr. of Blinkys Offset BBQ, cooking up delicious samples at this wildly fun and tasty event.
