I’m Jeff Fritz, a classically trained, award-winning chef/owner and pitmaster. I’m known for blending fusion, modernist, and molecular influences, often employing multiple techniques along with my signature wood-fired and smoking techniques to coax the maximum taste and texture from each ingredient. Every Chef Fritz creation is a complete, refined American-style meal on a single plate. In addition to serving as a 20+ year Air Force veteran and chef to senior military leaders in Washington, DC, I’m the owner of Silver Wolf Private Assistance LLC and the Chef Fritz Brand Spices & Seasonings. In this capacity, I prepare pop-up style restaurant dining experiences at various locations for private clients and partners.
