Hello, we’re Brian and Larry Paris with Smokin’ Bliss BBQ. Smokin’ Bliss is a KCBS competition team out of Rocklin, California. We are truly a family-centered team and couldn’t possibly do this without our family’s help and support.

Our team started in 2016 as a hobby with friends and quickly turned into a passion that seems to grow every year. We compete all over California and ventured out to Arizona recently with a goal to compete at some of the biggest competitions in the country.

2022 was our biggest season competing in KCBS, and 2023 is off to a great start. We look forward to the rest of the season competing against some of the best cooks in the nation!
