The Hog Wash BBQ Competition team was founded by Bill and Mike, who had enjoyed smoking meats and hanging out. We decided to take a competition BBQ class through the New England BBQ Society (NEBS). After that we were hooked; Dan joined us a year or so later.

Second place in the Ken Dakai Cup for best overall backyard team
Our greatest achievement was winning the inclusivity award for all the help we give to fellow teams and all we do to help people/organizations in need
